Laszlo Wagner - President
The founder & president of Luxbaum Windows + Doors, Laszlo Wagner built the company upon his decades of experience in the construction industry. Laszlo studied architecture at the Technische Hochschule in Vienna, later moving to Canada and then to Florida to create a highly successful high-end residential construction company. Laszlo Wagner has managed several building and development companies in Canada and in Florida over the last 35 years, dedicating his experience to a continuous search of excellence in the residential construction business. His detailed knowledge of the entire spectrum of construction & architecture helped him to design the Luxbaum line of custom windows and doors. learn more |

Jason Love - Vice President
Jason Love is Luxbaum’s Vice President and is also a Partner. He manages Luxbaum’s business development, distributor, marketing and accounting functions. With extensive previous experience in the private equity industry, Jasons' talents include effectively investing in and growing small to medium sized businesses. Mr. Love graduated of the University of Virginia and Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business. Outside of Luxbaum, Mr. Love enjoys volunteer work, golf, travel and family. |

Jennifer Torres - Comptroller
Mrs. Torres is Luxbaum’s Controller and also assists in the areas of procurement, logistics and contracting. She has extensive experience in the construction industry and possesses a keen interest in aviation. She started flying planes with her father, at the age of 17. |

Gene Crews - Lead CAD Operator
Mr. Crews is Luxbaum’s Lead CAD Operator, ensuring that the custom details of our products can be easily extracted and incorporated in architectural drawings and elevations. Gene received his associates degree in architectural design from New England Tech. Mr. Crews interests include hunting, and spending time with his family. |

Yvonne Wagner - Marketing
Mrs. Wagner plays an integral role in the day to day operations of Luxbaum and focuses primarily on proposal writing and market intelligence. She has a significant background in interior design and is also an accomplished artist. Her paintings are featured throughout our showroom. |

Marian Suarez de Yandell - Marketing Director
Mrs. Suarez de Yandell is Luxbaum’s Marketing Director. Her responsibilities also include the critical areas of proposal writing, customer service administration and procurement. Mrs. Suarez de Yandell’s interests include family, travel and baseball. |

Dave Vanderwielde - Customer Service Manager
As Luxbaum’s Installation and Customer Service Manager, Mr. Vanderwielde is responsible for making sure the quality of Luxbaum’s product extends well beyond our factory. Mr. Vanderwielde’s interests include scuba diving and surfing. |

Adrian Wagner - Webmaster & Online Marketing
Having studied both design and architecture, Adrian Wagner brings a technical and clean aesthetic to the Luxbaum brand. Adrian builds and manages the luxbaum.com web site, runs our online marketing campaigns, and develops print designs & visual layouts that reflect the companies' prodigal attention to detail.
Adrian lives in British Columbia, where he is listening to learn. |
